Poolsure, An Aquasol Company, is searching for a Hazmat Delivery Driver Team Lead to join our team in the San Marcos, TX area.

As a Team Lead you are responsible for the day to day supervision of the CDL Drivers within the assigned location, assisting the team with questions and resolving mechanical and/or maintenance issues. This position is also responsible for training and coaching team members to ensure vehicles are maintained and proper safety processes and procedures are followed. This position may also require delivering chemicals to customers from time to time. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day to day activities for a team of drivers
• Provide support to drivers for troubleshooting mechanical issues when they are on the road (flat tire, etc)
• Manage equipment and supplies within location
• Provide routine maintenance on fleet CMV vehicles
• Process and investigate incidents involving CMV Vehicles as required
• Provide backup support to deliver chemicals as needed
• Perform monthly vehicle inspections as required
• Ensure the fleet is up to date on the Preventative Maintenance (PM) logs
• Provide performance feedback and on the job training to team members
• Participate in interviews and provide feedback throughout the interviewing and hiring process

Requirements:

• CDL Class B with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement
• Must possess knowledge and good understanding of mechanical troubleshooting (wiring, headlights, chains)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Must be proficient working in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
